Nyah's career began with a strong academic foundation, having completed a Masters in Sports Journalism from St. Mary’s University.

Her professional journey includes roles at Carshalton FC Academy, where she honed her skills by interviewing athletes and writing match reports. Nyah's expertise extends beyond football, covering various sports and also running her own website focused on the world of entertainment. She has explored topics like sports concussion and interviewed notable figures such as sports journalist Katie Shanahan and England Rugby International Jess Breach. Additionally, Nyah has interviewed Fulham's head coach Marco Silva, providing fans with in-depth insights into the team's strategies and dynamics.
